These photographs were made after I was required to sign an Arizona State Parks agreement NOT TO REPRODUCE FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Consequently, the images seen here are shown only for the enjoyment and edification of the viewers of my web site. The photographs are copyrighted and are not for sale or other distribution. (I often donate my images to researchers and institutions for educational publications and I occasionally sell my fine-art images; however, these Kartchner Cavern photos are excluded and are for my personal use only in order to comply with this agreement.)
EDITORIAL: I have had a 60-year career in photography and photographic education and am professor emeritus, College of Imaging Arts and Sciences, Rochester Institute of Technology. I was a Navy Photographer in WWll. I have produced extensive photographic projects, not only in this country, but also in China, Peru, Chile, Scandinavia, S. E. Asia, Japan and Europe. This is the first time I have had to limit distribution or display of my creative fine-art photography --- an unfortunate sign of our times in my opinion.
In spite of this restriction Abby and I found our short tour of the caverns to be a rewarding experience.
